Inspections and Licensing

Located on the third floor of City Hall, Inspections and Licensing Inspections and Licensing ensures proper construction of residential and non-residential buildings through permits and building inspections, issues a range of licenses from businesses to dogs, administers parking, and enforces the Land Use and Community Standards Bylaw.
