Oxbows parking lot access temporarily closed on Thursday, May 1

The access road to Oxbows Off-Leash Dog Park will be closed for up to five hours on Thursday, May 1 as crews investigate different options for maintaining the entrance.

Following many requests to improve the road, crews are accessing various options for improvements to the roadway, and they need to close the access road to complete this assessment.

They anticipate closing the entrance at 7 a.m. on Thursday, May 1 and expect the access road to be closed until approximately noon. The park will remain open to the public during this work; however, those wishing to use the park are advised to use the north entrance while the parking lot is closed.
