The City of Red Deer invites residents to celebrate 25 years of the Collicutt Centre with a community celebration on Saturday, June 13 from 12 - 5 p.m.
The community is invited to enjoy free access to the Collicutt Centre's drop-in recreation spaces, including the Water Park, Field House, Fitness & Wellness areas and more. Special event programming for all ages will also be offered during this celebration. Onsite partners; Exelta, Booster Juice, RDPL, Central Sport and Dance Magic are joining the festivities with interactive dance and gymnastics try‑its, games and crafts. Whether you’re a familiar face or a first-time visitor, everyone is welcome to take part in this special milestone celebration.
Since opening in 2001, the Collicutt Centre has served as one of Red Deer’s premier recreation and wellness facilities, bringing people together through sport, fitness, aquatics, events and community programming. For 25 years, it has been a place where residents have built friendships, stayed active, created memories and connected with their community, living up to its original vision as Your Community Common.
To help ensure everyone can participate, free transit will be available to and from the event.
