The City of Red Deer is calling on community-minded individuals to apply for election worker positions for the 2025 Municipal Election. This is your chance to support democracy, engage with your community, and play an essential role in ensuring the election runs smoothly.
Election workers will assist at voting stations and the counting centre during the election process. These paid positions are vital to facilitating advanced voting days, Election Day, and the hand-counting of ballots. Training and shifts will take place in October.
Election workers will gain valuable experience, help fellow central Albertans cast their votes, and contribute to the integrity of the electoral process.
“This is an excellent way to get involved in your community and play a meaningful role in shaping Red Deer’s future,” said Returning Officer Jessica Robinson.
