(Red Deer, Alberta)Building permit values in Red Deer totalled $5.21 million in June 2026, compared with $949.26 million in June 2025. Last year’s June total included a single permit valued at $940 million for the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre expansion.
Year-to-date building permit values are $41.85 million in 2026, compared with $1.002 billion at the same time last year.
Notable permits include:

- New single family detached dwelling with suite at 10 Tillier Street, valued at $245,000
- Cold storage building at 7320 Johnstone Drive, valued at $239,000
