(Red Deer, Alberta)Building permit values decreased in November, with 62 approved permits valued at $6.2 million, compared with 77 permits issued in November 2021 worth $36.7 million.
Year-to-date building permit values remain higher in 2022, with current values at $149.8 million compared with $128 million last year.
Notable permits include:
- Building permit for tenant improvements on the main and second floor for a new ATB Financial branch and office at 110 4311 54 Avenue, valued at $2.2 million
- Building permit for a Dental Clinic at 130 6845 66 Street, valued at $800,000
- Building permit for complete tenant improvements for a Physio Clinic at 5109 20 Sharpe Avenue, valued at $700,000
- Building permit for a new foundation for a new cold storage pre-engineered building at 6740 65 Avenue, valued at $550,000
- Building permit for the addition of 4 modular classrooms at West Park Middle School 3310 55 Avenue, valued at $290,000
