(Red Deer, Alberta)The wave pool and water slides at the Collicutt Centre are temporarily closed due to an unexpected electrical issue. The closure is expected to last up to one week, and the public will be notified upon reopening.
During this unexpected closure of the wave pool and water slides, the steam room, interactive pool, hot tubs and tot pool will continue to be operational.
Red Deerians are encouraged to visit the Recreation Centre indoor and outdoor pools, the Michener Aquatic Centre, and the G.H. Dawe Community Centre pool when it reopens on Sunday, June 26. For up to date drop-in schedules, please visit www.reddeer.ca/DropIn.
