Red Deer RCMP seek public assistance in locating missing youth

Red Deer, Alta. – Red Deer RCMP are seeking public assistance in locating missing 16-year-old Talon Horton. Talon was last seen on Feb. 16, 2026 in Red Deer, Alta. There is concern for her well-being.

Talon Horton is described as: 

• 5 feet 5 inches tall and approximately 100 pounds
• Light complexion
• Black hair and brown eyes
• Last seen wearing a white hoodie, white sweatpants, and black shoes
