The City of Red Deer is inviting residents to review and validate the findings from recent community engagement conducted for Red Deer’s Community Compass: Our Master Plan for Service Delivery.

Community Compass is a long-term plan that will guide how The City plans, delivers, and invests in services over the next 12 years. These services include recreation, parks, transit, arts and culture, planning, social supports, emergency response, and more.

Over the past year, residents, staff, community organizations, and key stakeholders shared their perspectives through surveys, focus groups, and community pop-up events. The City has compiled this feedback into a What We Heard report and is now asking the community to review the report and confirm whether the key themes and priorities reflect what matters most.

Residents can review the What We Heard report and complete the short validation survey online at www.reddeer.ca/Compass.

The survey is open until 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3.

Feedback gathered through this validation phase will help ensure the final Community Compass plan accurately reflects community priorities and supports transparent, evidence-based decision-making.
