Facility and Park Rentals

How to Book a Facility or Park

Single-Use/Short-term Rentals

Looking for the perfect venue for a special event, birthday party, team wind-up, corporate meeting, outdoor wedding, family reunion, conference or trade show? We will help you find the right meeting room, gym, pool, soccer pitch, climbing wall, park, and more.

These types of rentals can be made throughout the year by contacting a Facility Booking Specialist, who will ask you for details of your planned event, discuss booking opportunities and amenities, and walk you through the booking process.

Multi-Use/Seasonal Rentals

Looking to book a sports space for a clinic, tournament, or sport season? We'll do our best to help you find the right ice arena, community sports field, pool and indoor dry space. These bookings are done twice a year during our two booking seasons; spring-summer and fall-winter. Watch for our public service announcements in October and February to submit your application for a rental space. The majority of applications are accepted during these two periods. Following the application deadlines, bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; space permitting.

Online Application

*For multi-use and seasonal rentals.

Quick Reservation - Online Bookings

Look n book lets you reserve on-line for outdoor weddings sites, picnic shelters and picnic games variety-packs.  City facilities without the online booking option can still be viewed in look n book  to learn what they have to offer, check for availability, and book through the contact information provided below.
