City Council approved a 10.5% increase to the operating budget to maintain and support critical services and infrastructure. The final tax rate includes the 2025 provincial requisitions collected for education and seniors affordable housing.
What this means
Property owners not enrolled in TIP will see a larger than usual amount on their property tax bill, due by June 30. TIP participants may notice an increase in their monthly payment amounts starting on June 30.
