Red Deer Lights the Nights events cancelled December 1 until 4

Red Deer Lights the Night events between December 1 and 4 are cancelled because of the cold temperatures. Cancelled events include:

• North Pole Plaza Party at Gary W. Harris Celebration Plaza (Cancelled)
  The Intermediate School will remain open from 4 until 6:30 p.m. for visitors to the downtown on Thursday, December 1, however, there are no scheduled activities taking place. Red Deerians are welcome to visit the Viewpoint Gallery and escape the cold while taking in the downtown lights.

• Winter Nights event in Capstone (Cancelled)

While the interactive holiday art installation and hot cocoa will not be on site at Canada 150 Square, the holiday decorations and lights will still shine bright for those who wish to brave the cold and get their Seasons Treatings photos at the new festive light tunnel display.

Events scheduled on, or after, December 8 will continue as planned.
