Public washrooms are available at Sorensen Station Transit Terminal daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The facility includes five private stalls, including one wheelchair-accessible stall. The washrooms reopened in April 2026 and are open year-round.

To support a safe and welcoming experience, a washroom attendant from the Canadian Mental Health Association is onsite in the kiosk north of the washrooms during operating hours. The attendant monitors the facilities, supports cleanliness and accessibility, and can help connect people with downtown information or community supports when appropriate.
