Agreement of Participation

* I am at least eighteen years of age, agree to fully comply with all City of Red Deer Emergency Services Department policy and procedures and any and all lawful verbal directions provided to me by employees of The City of Red Deer Emergency Services Department during my sit along. I will forever maintain full confidentiality of any information or knowledge I may obtain about persons or the events that I may witness unless authorized in writing by representatives from The City of Red Deer to disclose such information or as required, doing so under legislation.
