Important Reminders:

  1. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for applications to be reviewed. A City of Red Deer staff member may contact you to discuss your application via the email address you provide in this form. Please note: This application submission does not guarantee approval. Applications are not processed until all information is provided. Applicants must provide their current Canada Revenue Agency Notice of Assessment or documentation for support programs. If this information is not provided, the application will not be renewed.
  2. For same day processing, bring your Government Issued ID and required documentation for AISH, Income Support or Alberta Works, Red Deer Housing Authority, Guaranteed Income Support, to the Customer Service Representatives at Transit Customer Service Centre - Sorensen Station Transit Terminal 4830 - 48 Street, Red Deer. All required documentation must be present for same day processing in person.
