Lighting City Hall
Our City Hall lighting system is used to support events with national or international significance, local events that positively impact local community spirit, events that build community or is related to the community, and to acknowledge and welcome visiting dignitaries.
All requests will be considered and accommodated based on the criteria set out in our Corporate Administrative Policy: 7069-CA Flags and Lighting Downtown Protocols (pdf) . Requested colours will only be displayed for one day from sunset to sunrise.
Please submit the completed Lighting City Hall Application Form (pdf) to firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests must be submitted at least two weeks before the requested date. The City will do its best to fulfill eligible requests, however, confirmed requests may be modified in the event of an exceptional circumstance or in recognition of a significant event.
