Applicable Account Fees:

An application fee of $32.00 will be applied to your account and will be due with your first bill.
A security deposit of $325 may be applied to your account, this is subject to your previous payment history with The City of Red Deer.

The City may apply a deposit to any amount owed to The City whatsoever by the customer whether in relation to the customer’s Utility account or otherwise, as determined by The City in its sole discretion.
