Garden Life Through the Years
Beyond personal sustenance and pleasure, the growing of produce and flowers has brought out more than a few people’s competitive sides. Citizens young and old have entered their vegetables and flowers in exhibitions and competitions, and you can see some of the results in this exhibit.
Flowers have also long been a central fixture of Red Deer’s public spaces, including elaborate displays within City Hall Park. Gardens are a prime location for photographic opportunities, celebrating formal events, and capturing personal moments.
Live the garden life and get inspired, enjoying garden experiences through the years.
